We ship out of our headquarters in New Jersey
On average, our customers receive their order in 3-5 business days, although at times it may take longer. We ship in 1-3 business days, and then depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, it can take an additional 2-5 business days in transit.
We currently use USPS (United States Postal Service)
Because of the nature of our business, we are not able to accept returns on food products that have been opened. We will accept returns within 7 days of any product as long as it is sealed. The customer has to pay for shipping and we charge a 15% restocking fee which will come out of the return amount. Shipping is also non-refundable.
