Our Artisanal Pasta is handmade in small batches using traditional Italian methods. Each pasta is air dried slowly which preserves the structure of the starches and helps each piece retain its fresh taste, color and aroma. They include no additives and are made from only two ingredients: semolina flour and water. Artisanal Pasta factories use bronze dies to shape the pasta, giving each piece a rougher surface, making it more receptive to holding sauces. All Pasta is made in Puglia, Italy in a Certified USDA Organic farm, and our pasta is All-Natural, Vegan, and Kosher.
